If you have closed 5 or fewer transactions in the past 12 months, you must join the onboarding program. However, all agents are welcome to take the onboarding program as additional training or if you just need a refresher!
The day you join SERV. Realty is your anniversary date. Your cap renews every year, on your anniversary date.
